We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Associate to support the Group Marketing Director in implementing the marketing initiatives across the group. Marketing is charged with communicating our proposition to new and prospective groups and developing a product set that meets the needs of both our private and institutional clients. 

Marketing Associate

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of an integrated marketing plan to positively position our capabilities to institutional and private client segments
  • Utilise the full marketing mix to help deliver on the stated objectives and strategy (including content, digital, sponsorships, PR and social media)
  • Help track and manage the use of budget and resources
  • Help analyse and monitor relevant industry trends and draw on investment and market knowledge to support new initiatives
  • Contribute to the delivery of an investment content programme which supports the business, including but not limited to: investment content through traditional and digital channels, editing, proofing and signing off content produced by other parts of the business, tailoring it to the needs of our institutional and private client segments
  • Developing marketing collateral to support the brand and distribution
  • Supporting the implementation and development of the events programme (where not covered through agency or admin support)
  • Maintain working relationships with investment teams and other key stakeholders (including external agencies and specialist consultants)
  • Help support the monitoring and reporting of initiatives
  • Ensure all plans meet brand, regulatory, compliance and financial requirements, including treating customers fairly and conduct risk guidelines
  • Identify and implement business requirements

Skills and experiences: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Marketing
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in asset or wealth management
  • Experience with marketing and email systems
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to think quickly and adeptly
  • Able to manage multiple projects, meet time-sensitive schedules and be comfortable with shifting priorities
  • Experience working with internal and external agency/partner teams; advanced capabilities in partnering well with development teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient with CMS, CRM and G Suite systems
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • IMC preferred
