Philanthropy

Philanthropy plays a big role in our work and takes shape in a number of ways.

For our private clients, this can mean providing support and counsel in establishing a new philanthropic endeavour: one that helps them build a positive, long-term legacy and is reflective of their values.

Or it might simply mean managing an existing endeavour: providing technical advice, structuring or investment services, through to full operational support. We have specialist in-house expertise on the particular issues connected with charities and charitable foundations.

For the people who work with us, this means having the freedom to be involved in the causes they care most about. This may be on a personal level, or on behalf of the firm. We encourage work with charities at every level of the firm and some of our most senior people hold high-profile roles in well-known organisations.

Our very own philanthropy

We believe every child should have access to the arts and creative education. That’s why we are proud to be long-term supporters of The Prince’s Foundation for Children & the Arts, a charity that engages with disadvantaged children nationwide who do not have access to arts activity because of social and economic barriers.

We’ve hosted a contemporary art auction in aid of Children & the Arts, sourcing over 100 pieces of art and raising £240,000 for the charity.

Other endeavours we’ve supported include a quiz night and silent auction, raising £75,000 to help bring creative experiences to children in hospice care across the UK.
